132. A judge may carry out any mandate entrusted to him by order of the Government, after consultation with the chief judge. In this event, he is entitled to the additional salary or to such fees as may be fixed by the Government.

132. When a judge of the Provincial Court must travel in the performance of his duties, he shall be paid as an expense allowance, in addition to his actual travelling expenses, an indemnity of which the amount and the terms and conditions of payment shall be determined by the Government, the whole subject to the provisions which follow.

No travelling expenses and no expense allowance shall be paid him for sitting outside the district or districts especially assigned to him unless he has first received the authorization of the chief judge under whose jurisdiction he is placed.

The application for payment of the travelling expenses and the expense allowance must be accompanied by a certificate signed by the judge, establishing the accuracy of the number of days, and of the number of nights if any, for which he requests the expense allowance, and the accuracy of the amount of the actual travelling expenses.

The expenditures occasioned by the application of the provisions of this section shall be paid out of the consolidated revenue fund.
